Elegant Wedding Cake and Mini Dessert Table: Whitney & Derek

Whitney and Derek's wedding & reception were held at the beautiful Graves 601 Hotel in Minneapolis.  The classic blush pink, charcoal, black, and champagne color scheme made this celebration elegant and romantic.  The dessert table included Pink Champagne, Luck of the Irish, & Coffee Lovers’ Mini Cupcakes, Very Berry, Butterscotch Budino, & Dark Chocolate Dessert Shooters, Vanilla & Almond Caramel Cake Lollipops, and Fresh Fruit Tartlets.  To serve as the centerpiece, the couple chose a 2 tier cake with a quilted pattern and blush pink sugar flowers as accents.

4 Tier Wedding Cake: Julia & Lane

Julia and Lane's wedding at Semple Mansion was glowing with gold accents, and a beautiful, 4 tier wedding cake was the centerpiece. The cake was covered in white fondant with a gold, dotted swirl pattern and a black band on each square tier.  The couple's monogram was placed on the second tier, and lovely flowers by Floral Logic decorated the top.  Mini desserts included Mini Cupcakes, French Macarons, Cake Lollipops, Dessert Shooters, and Fresh Fruit Tartlets.  Congratulations to the happy couple!

Classic 2 Tier Cake and Mini Dessert Table: Katy & Dave

With the classic, regal backdrop of the Semple Mansion ballroom, Katy and Dave's wedding was a sweet as the couple's heirloom cake topper.  It was a beautiful summer day that ended with their departure in a hip, red convertible! 

Their 2 tier wedding cake with decorated with a subtle white polka dot design and crowned with an heirloom cake topper from the bride's grandmother.  The mini dessert table included an assortment of Key Lime and Tiramisu Dessert Shooters, Fresh Fruit Tartlets, Black Velvet Cake Lollipops, Raspberry and Coconut French Macarons, and Mini Flourless Chocolate Cakes.  Special thanks to Photographer Paul Vincent for sharing the images with us.  Congratulations to Katy and Dave!
