Let's Go Wild!

We love it when clients give us the artistic freedom to create their celebratory cakes. Joe loves to make cakes based on sports themes. Since he now lives in Hockey Country, he's learning a thing or two about The Wild. Here is his latest creation made with a Minnesota Wild theme.



Minnesota Wild Hockey Cake
The Wild logo was created from fondant.
The flavor of the cake was vanilla with caramel buttercream icing.

Layered Dessert Shooters


Thank you to everyone that stopped by our booth at the Wedding Fair. We heard some wonderful feedback from brides interested in having something unique for their wedding reception. Our dessert bar is truly a show stopper! This is the best way to "have your cake and eat it too!" The most popular item of the day was our Very Berry Shortcake Dessert Shooter. This insanely gorgeous and delicious dessert is layered in a tall shot glass and served with a mini demitasse spoon. Real vanilla bean pound cake, creamy lemon curd, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries all topped with fresh whipped cream. Just writing about it makes me hungry!
