We had the honor of creating a gorgeous 4-tiered wedding cake for a recent wedding held at the
Carlson Towers Rotunda in Minnetonka. Liz and Lamont first met with us last fall to discuss their wedding reception plans. Liz described her desire for a simple and elegant design adorned with fresh flowers. They chose our Signature Black Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing. We finished the exterior with our Italian Meringue Buttercream for a smooth finish.
The gorgeous fresh flowers were provided by Posies Studio.
